Sales Executive (Food Manufacturing Industry)

Working Hours: 8.00am – 5.00pm, 5 days/week (Sunday fixed rest day)

Salary: $2,500 – $2,800 + Commission

Location: Woodlands

Benefits: AWS, Performance Bonus, 14 days Annual Leave

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage customer enquiries, feedback, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships; develop new business leads.
  • Work with R&D to support new product development based on market feedback.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the Accounts team.
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct basic market research and support marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain professional conduct and business etiquette at all times.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales, customer engagement, and closing deals.
  • Knowledge of food products and ability to advise customers (e.g. usage, shelf life, allergens).
  • Able to manage multiple accounts independently and meet sales targets.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Able to handle and carry product samples of up to 6kg when required.
