Job description
- Daily update on all payment received and matching with invoices in accounting system
- Daily merchants settlement including Nets and Credit Cards
- Assist relationship manager on customer payment via credicard for pre-payment transactions
- Recording for daily cash & cheque received. Cheque scanning into company shared drive & dropping cheques
- COD / Trade account creation
- Reminding of customers/relationship manager for overdue invoices
- Preparation of CTC invoices and account related matters to customer whenever customer/Relationship Manager are requesting
- Monthly reconciliation of Redmart, Zalora, Amazon and NTUC matching
