Job summary

A transport solutions firm in Singapore seeks an Administrative Role: Operations Support. Administrative Role: Operations Support
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily verification and data input into DO software
  • Monitor WhatsApp photo updates to ensure tasks are completed and recorded in DO software
  • Coordinate with ground staff for smooth operations
  • Escalate complex issues to support team and follow up via WhatsApp
  • Monitor Road Tax prerequisites and renew online
  • Coordinate vehicle inspections with customers (Rental)
  • Process VPC and insurance applications
  • Update fleet records (Rental/Road Tax) and inspection records in Excel
  • File vehicle quotations, customer orders, and inspection certificates (Owned)
  • Notify customers of vehicle return via WhatsApp
  • Issue work order books and papers for repairs/tyres (JIC/STA)
  • Assist Accounts Department with invoice preparation
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • O Level or above
  • Preferably with 2 years of working experience
  • Basic MS Office (Excel, Word) skills
  • Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
  • \>Able to work effectively in high-pressure environments
