Job Highlights
  • Salary: Up to $4,400 per month

  • Contract Duration: 7-months contract (1 April 2026 to 30 Nov 2026)

Job Scope
  • Payroll & Financial Support

    • Process monthly payroll accurately, including salary adjustments, bonuses, allowances, deductions, and final payments.

    • Work closely with HR on system updates and final salary payments.

    • Handle payroll and manpower expense enquiries from employees and stakeholders

    • Administer the eClaim system and maintain approval matrices.

    • Reconcile payroll-related contra and suspense accounts; resolve discrepancies

    • Respond to audit requests relating to payroll, tax, and employee claims.

    • Perform other payroll and administrative duties as assigned

  • Controls & Compliance

    • Ensure payroll controls operate effectively and accurately.

    • Review payroll processes, identify weaknesses, and implement corrective actions.

    • Manage payroll suspense accounts and ensure timely clearance

    • Ensure compliance with CPF Act, Income Tax Act, and internal policies

  • Productivity & Process Improvement

    • Support digitisation of payroll processes and financial reporting.

    • Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments to improve efficiency.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Business, Human Resources, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field

  • Payroll experience; SAP Payroll experience preferred

  • Knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements, including the CPF Act and Income Tax Act

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
