Job summary

A local seafood restaurant in Singapore is seeking an entry-level accountant. The role involves posting sales, reconciling reports, processing payments, and handling petty cash claims. Candidates should have data entry skills and a Diploma in Accounting. Proficiency in Excel and communication skills in Mandarin and English is required. Experience in the F&B industry is a plus. • Posting of outlet sales

• Reconcile POS reports to sales collection

• Compile GTO submission

• Posting of AP invoices and credit notes.

• Preparation of payment.

• Process petty cash claims.

• Prepare monthly closing, audit schedule and aging reports

• Prepare subcontractors’ and suppliers’ payments

• Update bank balances and cash flow records

• Ad hoc tasks when required

• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Data entry skills

• Experience in F&B industry

• Able to cope with tight deadlines

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Window knowledge will be an advantage

• Able to start work immediately

• Able to communicate with clients in Mandarin & English
