King Abdulaziz Medical City is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team.

This person is responsible for assisting physicians while providing treatment to patients with a variety of medical conditions.

He / she will administer medication, monitor and record patient progress, and educate families and the patient as needed. The ideal candidate will display compassion, education, proficiency, and experience while assisting the patient.

This critical role involves creating and managing nursing care plans and participating in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of the patient.

1. Provide total, direct nursing care in accordance with the plan of care and needs of the patients, respecting their privacy, dignity, personal preferences, and culture.
2. Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications, manage intravenous lines, observe and monitor patient conditions, maintain records, and communicate with healthcare providers.
3. Maintain knowledge of therapeutic effects, usual dosages, contraindications, side effects, and adverse reactions of all administered drugs and fluids.
4. Maintain accountability for narcotics and controlled substances.
5. Escalate adverse events or reactions as per policy.
6. Perform age-specific, systematic, and holistic initial assessments of patient health status, referring to specialists if necessary.
7. Assess educational needs of patients and families, and discharge planning needs, utilizing appropriate resources.
8. Provide evidence-based quality care, adhering to hospital and nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
9. Measure health outcomes against patient care goals and key performance indicators at MNGHA.
10. Identify significant trends or changes in patient status, escalating and following up as required to prevent deterioration.
11. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, complying with organizational policies and collaborating with infection prevention and control, patient safety, and other support departments.
12. Ensure availability of supplies and equipment, reporting maintenance issues, broken or damaged instruments and equipment.
13. Comply with area-specific duties as per policies provided in the addendum, signing and filing these policies appropriately.
14. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Basic Salary: 4,335 SAR (₱63K)

SP A: 5,835 SAR (₱85K)

SPB: 5,335 SAR (₱78K)

SPC: 4,935 SAR (₱72K)

SPD: 4,785 SAR (₱70K)

Staff Nurse Clinic: 4,551 SAR (₱66K)

OPD Basic Salary: 3,831 SAR (₱56,203)

Clinic: 3,551 SAR (₱49,250)

Housing and transportation are provided. 30 days paid vacation every 6 months. 1-year renewable contract with annual salary increases.

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• No employment gap of more than 6 months.
• Licensed Nurse with valid Saudi license and data flow approval.
