This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the full sales cycle, and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and a background in automotive care. Brillante is a premium automotive care provider specializing in Paint Protection Film (PPF), window tinting, leather care, ceramic coatings, high‑end detailing, as well as vehicle conversion and renovation services. The company serves individual customers, corporate accounts, and fleet clients, delivering tailored solutions that meet the highest quality standards in the Saudi automotive market.
The Sales & Marketing Executive – Automotive Care is responsible for driving revenue growth and brand visibility through a combination of direct sales execution and marketing support activities. The role focuses on managing the full sales cycle, converting leads, building long‑term client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives that strengthen Brillante’s market presence.
This position involves engaging walk‑in and inbound customers, preparing quotations, explaining service scopes and warranties, and closing deals in coordination with technical and operations teams. In parallel, the role supports sales‑driven marketing activities such as market research, campaign coordination, partnership development, and identifying new business opportunities within the premium automotive care sector.
The role is aligned with Saudi market dynamics and requires a strong understanding of customer expectations, B2C and B2B sales practices, and relationship‑based selling.
