We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to be based at their head office in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
JOB OVERVIEW
The Sales & Marketing Manager will have full responsibility for developing and executing strategic marketing and sales plans to drive aggressive growth in revenue and profitability of the company’s products.
Reports to: Marketing & Sales Director
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth in revenue and profitability.
- Develop and implement specific marketing and sales plans consistent with growth and profitability goals for all products.
- Research, test, and launch creative strategies and plans to identify new marketing, sales, business, and product opportunities to expand the business.
- Own all aspects of product management including price, volume, margin, and portfolio development.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing methods, including distribution channels.
- Provide market and competitive intelligence to field sales and product managers through market research, trend analysis, and data mining methodologies.
- Develop and manage marketing and sales budgets and oversee internal operating budgets.
- Recruit, develop, and challenge a motivated, technically competent, and loyal team capable of delivering results and growing into leadership roles.
- Lead the planning and development of division marketing, sales, and product communication materials to maintain a consistent and professional corporate image, including the website.
- Lead cross-functional integration across sales, marketing, manufacturing, and supply chain.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or Business.
- At least 10-15 years of successful experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing sectors such as plastics, petrochemicals, fiberglass, etc.
- Previous gross margin responsibility for a business exceeding $50 million USD.
- Extensive product management experience in industrial B2B markets.
- Deep understanding of Saudi Arabian, GCC, MENA, and European markets.
- Open to Western nationals with excellent English communication skills.
