Assist in collecting and documenting business requirements, use cases, and process flows using FRDs / BRDs templates
Create, maintain, and version-control project artifacts, manuals, policy docs, and standard templates.
Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle and log changes via change control systems
2. Process & Data Analysis
Analyze datasets from internal systems and external sources to identify trends, insights, and anomalies using Excel, SQL, BI tools.
Map “as-is” and “to-be” processes; propose efficiency improvements and document workflows.
3. Testing Support & Solution Validation
Help develop test plans, test cases, and execution scripts; participate in UAT alongside testers to validate requirements
Log and monitor defects, confirm fixes, and work with stakeholders to ensure alignment
4. Training & Knowledge Transfer
Develop user guides, SOPs, and training materials for new systems or processes
Deliver training sessions and hands-on support to end users; ensure smooth adoption and answer queries.
5. Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
Serve as liaison between business users, SMEs, IT developers, and QA teams to ensure clear communication
6. Process Improvement & Risk Management
Recommend improvements in business workflows and assist in defining process KPIs .
Assist in identifying risks, creating mitigation strategies, and monitoring throughout projects.
