United Feed Co. is seeking a professional and highly organized Personal Assistant to join our team. As a leading agricultural company, we are dedicated to providing quality feed products to our customers. The Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our executives and ensuring smooth operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects and presentations
  • Prepare and organize reports, documents, and correspondence
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
  • Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the manager
  • Assist with project management and follow up on tasks and deadlines
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and data entry

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in English, business administration or a related field
