DXC Technology is seeking an L2 IAM & PKI Engineer to provide operational support and maintenance for IAM and PKI systems. Job Description:
L2 IAM & PKI Engineer – Operational Support & Maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support & Monitoring:
Monitor and maintain the performance of IAM and PKI systems to ensure high availability and security.
Respond promptly to alerts and perform initial troubleshooting of incidents.
Routine Configuration & Maintenance:
Implement configuration changes, system updates, and routine maintenance tasks for Privileged Access Management, IGA, Remote Access, and PKI solutions.
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and incident logs.
Issue Diagnosis & Escalation:
Diagnose and resolve common technical issues; document findings and escalate complex incidents to the L3 team with clear, detailed reports.
Assist in the preparation of incident and post-incident reports to support continuous improvement efforts.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with IT, security, and other support teams to ensure operational stability.
Provide status updates and collaborate on process improvements that enhance overall system reliability.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in operational support for IAM or PKI systems.
Working knowledge of Privileged Access Management, IGA, Remote Access Solutions, and PKI management.
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Skills & Certifications:
Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, or vendor-specific credentials.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management best practices.
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new security technologies and practices.
Working Conditions:
Full-time role with standard operational hours and potential on-call responsibilities during critical incidents.
Collaborative team environment with regular interaction with L3 engineers and other IT/security teams.
