MonitorTicketbinsofallagentsandmonitoridlecases
Handlingelevationcalls
CheckforthetechnicalupdatesfromDXCteamandupdateagentsonthesame
Appliesbasicfoundationofafunction'sprinciples,theoriesandconceptstoassignments of limited scope
Exercisesindependentjudgmentwithindefinedparameters
Developsexpertiseandpracticalknowledgeofapplicationwithinbusinessenvironment.
Provideshelpdeskanalystswithfeedbackoncallmaintenance,customerupdates, troubleshooting steps
Remainwellversedinhelpdeskpolicies,procedures,standardsanddocumentation
