Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of MECM/SCCM (versions 1611/1706/1806/2107), CB, DXCCAE, or SM 9, ServiceNow.
- Proven knowledge of incident management and service request handling. Ability to resolve issues independently.
- Strong technical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Patch Management/ADR, O365 Patch management, Windows updates/In-place upgrade.
- Knowledge and troubleshooting of PXE and OS issues.
- Understanding of operating system concepts and upgrades.
- Knowledge of packaging processes and scripting.
- Familiarity with compliance and vulnerability management processes.
- Cloud management gateway concepts and implementation.
- Application deployment and monitoring.
- MECM server upgrade, backup, and restore.
- Experience with troubleshooting Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Management, MAM & MAM-WE issues.
- Knowledge of DEP, APNS, VPP, ABM, and managing Android, iPhone, and Mac devices in Intune.
- Experience with co-management environments.
- Knowledge of cloud, especially related to Intune.
- Expertise in handling Intune MDM console, device OS breakups, compliance, passcode policies, ownership, and last seen breakups.
- Knowledge of Windows Autopilot, update rings, SCEP, PKCS.
- Application deployment and troubleshooting for MDM and Windows 10 devices.
- Basic knowledge of Azure AD and hybrid MDM/modern management of Windows 10 devices.
- Knowledge of Jamf is an added advantage.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years in IT, with 3-5 years in Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune architecture, deployment, and management of hybrid environments.
- Experience in documentation, architecture, design, deployment, and testing documents.
- Hands-on experience in design and implementation of Intune and related technologies.
- Experience with co-management, compliance policies, conditional access, role-based access control.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
- Nice to have: experience with Microsoft Defender, Azure, Windows Servers, application signing, provisioning.
- Good communication skills, network infrastructure understanding, knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform & PowerBI, cloud technologies, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and in teams.
