Job summary

A leading engineering and project management firm in Saudi Arabia seeks a Procurement Manager to oversee procurement activities ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will lead a team, manage vendor relationships, and drive cost optimization for various projects. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor's in engineering with at least 10 years of procurement experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector. This role offers a chance to work with a dynamic team and contribute to significant projects in the region.

Qualifications

  • Nationality: Saudi with Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in Oil & Gas or EPC sectors.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills along with proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage procurement activities to meet project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi procurement laws and support Saudization initiatives.
  • Monitor procurement team budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
