KBR is looking for a Maintenance Planning Manager (Refinery) who will provide control and coordination of all planning and scheduling activities related to routine maintenance for all operational areas, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
- Lead contractor’s maintenance planning section by providing technical information and solutions; prepare long-term maintenance plan.
- Use an efficient maintenance system (e.g., CMMS); monitor and collect data from the system for management review.
- Provide solutions for optimization of resources; provide inputs for preparation of maintenance budget for all plants.
- Review actual vs budgeted expenditure of maintenance and recommend necessary actions to minimize deviations.
- Prepare monthly reports highlighting work plans, major activities completed, and participate in regular maintenance department meetings.
- Monitor maintenance planning section KPIs against targets.
- Review and present manpower planning; follow up with operations, services, and company maintenance department for planning-related issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience and training.
- Minimum 12+ years’ experience of a refinery plant with planning section.
- Supervision and leadership skills in refinery industry maintenance planning field.
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.
- Strategic thinking; open to new ideas.
- An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment.
