An IT Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day support of IT systems for business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the hotel.

What will I be doing?

As the IT Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Assist superiors in maintaining hotel software and hardware.
• Solve technical and operational problems based on user reports.
• Follow the instructions of the Information Systems Manager for hardware and software operations.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned.
• Ensure system user permissions are authorized, conduct monthly audits of user activity, and ensure proper usage.
• Resolve guest IT inquiries to enhance guest satisfaction, minimizing risks.
• Ensure hotel data ownership and timely data backup.
• Provide IT support to other Hilton hotels as needed and conduct cross-training.
• Maintain data security standards and best practices.
• Implement access controls to ensure safety and compliance.
• Conduct regular disaster recovery drills to prepare operational staff.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement local IT solutions in coordination with the Regional Deputy General Manager.
• Adhere to hotel safety policies, emergency procedures, and protocols.
