A leading development project in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Advisor - Procurement to support the Category Manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business consultancy, advanced procurement knowledge, and experience managing analytical teams. Responsibilities include data analysis, stakeholder management, and developing governance documentation. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking and operational proficiency in procurement processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in business management consultancy or 5 years in a related role.
  • Advanced knowledge of procurement solutions including framework agreements.
  • Experience managing a small team to drive independent solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Category Manager in developing category strategies.
  • Conduct analyses on business practices to derive requirements.
  • Lead analytical practices for category strategy validation.
