• Provide visionary leadership to the academic faculty and staff.
• Develop and implement academic strategies and policies aligned with LSBF’s mission and goals.
• Ensure the delivery of high‑quality, innovative, and industry‑relevant academic programmes.
• Foster a culture of academic excellence, research, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee curriculum development, accreditation processes, and quality assurance.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top‑tier faculty and academic staff.
• Promote a student‑centred learning environment that enhances student engagement and success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, alumni, and other stakeholders.
• Represent LSBF in academic and professional forums, enhancing the institution’s reputation and influence.
• Be well‑versed in MQA document submissions and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the development of new programmes and strategic academic initiatives.

• Must have a Doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proven experience in an academic leadership role, preferably as Head of School, Dean, or equivalent.
• A strong track record of academic and professional achievements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse academic teams effectively.
• Experience working with UK partner universities, including programme validation, franchising, or collaborative arrangements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation in higher education.
• Experience with accreditation processes and quality assurance frameworks.
• A commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and globally engaged academic community.
• Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
