Job summary

A leading technology company in Malaysia is looking for an experienced sales professional to drive business development in server solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of enterprise sales experience, strong connections in the data center industry, and a consistent track record of exceeding targets. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, developing enterprise accounts, and maintaining client relationships. Fluent English is required, with proficiency in a third language being a plus.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent work experience preferably in a high-tech industry.
  • Minimum 15 years+ of sales and enterprise business development experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of x86 Server, Storage, Networking and Cloud/Data center business.
  • Proven experience as a server solution management/business development.
  • Proficiency in English and a third language is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Included the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

  1. Identify and define the customer demands, work with internal team to deliver solutions to meet highest customer satisfaction with quality results.
  2. Approach and develop large enterprise direct account, Telco & E-Commerce, Data center / Cloud Service Provider, HPC, NCP, Embedded & IOT and related business opportunities.
  3. Create the quality pipelines with eco-system partners and promote company’s products/solution/services proactively.
  4. Build-up and maintain long-term partnership and relationships with existing and new customers.
  5. Weekly update the progress and support needed.
  6. Good knowledge of Server product and industry, good connection with Server end-user Asia, US and Europe
