Executive – Promotion & External Relation
To support the Promotion & External Relations Unit in the enhancement of Suruhanjaya Tenaga’s corporate website through effective UI/UX coordination, content restructuring, and close liaison with appointed website vendors.
Duties
- Support the redesign and enhancement of the overall look, feel, and user experience (UI/UX) of the ST website.
- Plan and reorganise the content structure, wireframing, and site mapping to ensure user-friendly navigation.
- Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of website content during the restructuring and enhancement process by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Act as the main Point of Contact (PIC) between ST and the appointed website vendor for all website-related matters.
- Communicate design concepts, feedback, and revisions clearly and effectively to the website vendor.
- Ensure website development activities are aligned with corporate branding, communication standards, and stakeholder expectations.
- Support other promotion, communication, and external relations initiatives of the Unit as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, Marketing, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or related disciplines or other related fields of study from a university accredited by the Government.
- Experience in website management, UI/UX coordination, digital content development, or corporate communications will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles, website architecture, CMS, and digital content workflows.
- Strong communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design tools such as Adobe, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
