Role Overview

We are looking for two UI/UX Designers who can collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and branding teams to design modern, clean, and user-friendly web/mobile interfaces.

The ideal candidate should have strong command of Mandarin for daily communication with stakeholders and designers across regions.

This role is perfect for designers who enjoy building high-traffic digital platforms, solving complex user-flow problems, and iterating rapidly based on user needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished UI screens for web & mobile.
• Produce consistent design systems, components, and visual guidelines.
• Conduct UX research, competitive analysis, and user behavior studies.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to refine requirements.
• Translate ideas and concepts into intuitive, visually appealing interfaces.
• Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and responsive behavior across devices.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and usability metrics.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin (verbal & written) for communication with cross-regional teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work for web or mobile products.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, and interaction design.
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and work in fast iteration cycles.
• Familiarity with responsive design, component libraries, and product design workflows.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing deadlines independently.
