Job Description
  • Understand business goals, market needs, and product objectives to design solutions that make sense from both UX and product perspective.
  • Translate product requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Apply product knowledge to ensure UI/UX decisions support user goals, content hierarchy, SEO/traffic flow, and platform logic.
  • Design layouts for finance, sports, and multi-category content sites focusing on clarity, readability, engagement, and navigation.
  • Plan content structure, article pages, category pages, and recommendation modules.
  • Ensure designs support various user journeys: browsing, content discovery, filtering, search, and engagement.
  • Work with SEO, content, and product teams to ensure design complements traffic strategy.
  • Design dashboards, CMS tools, live chat systems, and other operational back office solutions.
  • Understand workflows of internal teams (operations, support, editors, marketers).
  • Create efficient, uncluttered interfaces that focus on productivity, error prevention, and data clarity.
  • Develop wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and final UI designs.
  • Create interactive prototypes for stakeholder review and usability testing.
  • Define UI components, states, transitions, and micro-interactions.
  • Conduct usability tests, collect user feedback, and iterate designs based on insights.
  • Perform competitive analysis and benchmark industry best practices.
  • Understand user psychology, behavior patterns, and content consumption habits.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Frontend/Backend Developers, QA, Content Teams, and Marketing.
  • Provide clear documentation and design specs for development handoff.
  • Support dev team during implementation and ensure pixel-perfect execution.
  • Maintain and evolve the company’s design system & component library.
  • Establish design guidelines for curated content layouts, typography, imagery & icons.
  • Recommend enhancements to improve usability, engagement, and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on design trends, UX patterns, and technology related to content-driven products and back office experiences.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 2 - 5 years’ experience in product design / UI/UX for digital products.
  • Experience designing content-heavy platforms or dashboards is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Figma and modern design tools.
