Key Responsibilities

Good understanding of UI design, including colours, typography, layout and common design patterns.

Proficient in graphic and video design, providing effective support for UI/UX-related projects.

Collaborate closely with business analysis, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design concepts are feasible and align with project goals.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all applications.

Language proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) in order to communicate and work with Mandarin speaking members of the design team.

Ability to think outside the box and work independently.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate the design process.

Ability to organise, prioritise and plan work to meet deadlines and adapt to changing expectations.

Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Software, Figma.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, user-centered designs.

Familiarity with mobile and web design guidelines and responsive design principles.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Any UI/UX-related professional certifications will be considered a plus.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts is a plus.
