Theincumbent will be responsible for overseeing the user interface (UI) and userexperience (UX) strategy and execution across a specific geographic region.This role focuses on ensuring that the product's design is user-centric,intuitive, and aligned with regional market needs while adhering to groupdesign standards. The Regional Manager, Product (UI/UX), works closely withcross-functional teams like product management, tech development, and marketingto enhance the overall product experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the developmentand execution of the regional UI/UX strategy, ensuring alignment with theGrou product goals and regional user needs.
• Ensure that userinterfaces are visually appealing, consistent, and meet regional customerpreferences.
• Advocate foruser-centered design principles in product development and contribute tothe overall product vision.
• Collaborate withregional product management, tech development, and marketing teams toalign UI/UX initiatives with product objectives.
• Work closely with thedesign and product teams to ensure consistent user experience across allregions while allowing for necessary regional adaptations.
• Partner with datateams to gather user feedback, metrics, and insights to drive designimprovements.

UI/UXDesign Execution

• Oversee thedevelopment of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for bothweb and mobile applications.
• Ensure the delivery ofdesigns that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing while meetingbusiness and user needs.
• Continuously iterateon designs based on user feedback and testing results to enhance theproduct experience.

UserResearch & Testing

• Lead or coordinateuser research initiatives, including user interviews and usability testingto gather insights into user behavior and preferences.
• Analyze and interpretuser feedback and data to refine design solutions and improve productusability.
• Champion user empathyby ensuring design decisions are rooted in a deep understanding ofregional user needs and pain points.

DesignQuality & Standards

• Define, document, andmaintain design standards, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistencyacross the regional product portfolio.
• Ensure adherence todesign quality, accessibility standards, and best practices.
• Provide designmentorship and guidance to regional UI/UX designers, fostering a cultureof continuous learning and improvement.

Performance& Reporting

• Monitor and analyzethe performance of UI/UX designs through metrics such as user engagement,conversion rates, and user satisfaction.
• Report on designimpact and provide recommendations for product and UX improvements tosenior leadership.
• Ensure timely deliveryof design solutions that meet business goals and user expectations.
