Candidates must possess a relevant engineering diploma and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Responsibilities
- Carry out repairs and servicing of monochrome and color digital multifunction products.
- Manage and repair copier on and off-site.
- Investigate and resolve maintenance and repair issues.
- Conduct troubleshooting on machines and escalate complicated issues.
- Ensure customer's machines are in working condition.
