Job Description

• Perform technical work, renovation, wiring, repair and installation.
• Have experience in indoor and outdoor wiring.
• To do installation work.
• To Provide technical advice to the operations team.
• Ensure the manufacturing process is optimized to meet customer product requirements.
• To provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Liaise with customers on technical issues.
• Handle all external & internal product testing, prepare test reports.
• To handle repairing product under warranty.
• Operate all test equipment.
• Resolve CAR complaints, make CAR closing reports.
• Comply with Occupational Safety & Health Regulations.
• Any other duties assigned by management from time to time related to engineering work.
