Job summary

A leading electronics manufacturing company based in Kedah is seeking a qualified individual to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, with 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing. Responsibilities include dismantling and adjusting equipment, managing processes for SMT and Back End machines, and assisting with quality control. Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-3 years working experience in manufacturing industries.
• Experience with hardware assembly in PCBA assembly process is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle, adjusts, install and transfer equipment according to layout plans.
• Support production in resolution of process and quality issues.
• Create profile boards and set up parameters for wave soldering & re-flow oven.
• Control and manage machine spare parts and improvement programs.
• Perform quality control checks to verify component placements.

Skills

Programming knowledge of router, conformal coating, chip mounter, reflow oven, solder paste printing

Job description

Responsibilities

Dismantle, adjusts, install and transfer equipment according to layout plans for new qualification operation line.

Support production in resolution of process issues, quality issue and machine breakdown.

Create profile boards and sets up profile parameters for wave soldering & re-flow oven.

At least 2 processes knowledge of do the programming : router, conformal coating, chip mounter, reflow oven, solder paste printing.

To identify and spot any opportunity for the existing process improveemnt activities and cost saving program.

Control and manage the machine spare part and machine improvement program.

To manage and collection FOD & schedule waste Debris material accordance to OI.

Maintain & control machine programs and profiles for nee and existing products.

Set up and operate SMT line machines (pick-and-place, solder paste printers, reflow ovens).

Set up and operate Back End machines ( wave soldering, selective soldering, robotic soldering, router, conformal coating & heat staking )

Perform quality control checks to inspect and verify component placements, soldering quality, and overall assembly.

Work collaboratively with engineers and quality assurance teams to improve SMT processes.

Understanding Shop floor system and machine integration between machines and production systems such as system configuration, Industrial internet of things, real time monitoring and so on.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess a Diploma in Electronic/Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or in the related field.

A minimum at least 2 - 3 years’ working experiences in the Manufacturing Industries or in the related field.

Candidate with experiences with hardware assembly/final assembly in PCBA assembly process is an added advantage.

Able to work shifts.

Work location based in Sungai Petani - under Morrissey Assembly Solution Sdn Bhd (Subsidiaries of JHM Consolidation Berhad).
