• Experience in related fields is advantageous.
• At least 1 year of working experience is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome as training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and servicing of monochrome and color digital multifunction products.
• Manage and repair copier on and off-site.
• Investigate and resolve maintenance and repair issues.
• Conduct troubleshooting on machines and escalate complicated issues.
• Ensure customer's machines are in working condition.
