Position: Language Interpreter (English and Tagalog)

Time Slot: Full Night Shift (MYT).

As an interpreter, your primary role is to facilitate communication between parties who speak different languages. In this role, your main responsibility would be to accurately interpret conversations between callers and operators, conveying messages in the preferred language and ensuring mutual understanding.

A work-from-home Language Interpreter works from a home office, requiring a quiet and secure environment. This position is open to most locations within Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Vietnam. The calls may involve simple or complex, non-technical or technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, and General Business.

• Fluent in English (Read, Speak, Write)
• Fluent in Vietnamese (Read, Write, Speak)
• Must work from home
• Own a mobile phone with Android 12 and above or IOS 15 and above
• Own a laptop with an updated version
• Must be willing to work rotating shifts for 9 hours anytime, following the required schedule by the client within 24 hours (Night Shift)
• Entitled to 2 days off in a week, which will be rotating any day
• Must be willing to work on public holidays as the operation is 24/7.
