Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia's Industrial Division is recruiting on behalf a German MNC leader who provides technical services to a broad range of industries. Our client is seeking a techno-commercial professional with at least 4 years of experience in a B2B environment.

Job Summary:
  • The selected candidate will be driving and growing business development activities in the Failure Analysis segment in Malaysia and will be reporting to the Assistant Vice President based in Singapore.
Job Description:
  • Drive and grow the Failure Analysis services in Malaysia for new account acquisitions.
  • Identify, understand and define customer needs, objectives and business requirements, design a solution that can best meet the Clients' requirements.
  • Participate and coordinate lead generation activities, including customer workshops, tradeshows, and company events.
  • Develop presentation material and demonstration scenarios for sales presentations.
  • Communicate the business requirements to project/implementation team after completion of sales to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation stage.
  • Collaborate with Technical Manager and operations team to identify, drive and develop new service capabilities.
  • Collaborate with relevant business units in ASEAN and our strategic partners in project negotiation, pricing strategies and project realisation where applicable.
  • Build, strengthen and optimise relationships with clients, prospects and partners.
Key Job Requirements Include:
  • Minimum a Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with at least 4 years of sales experience in a B2B environment preferably gained in an international organization.
  • Experience and knowledge in materials, metal, or composites would be an added advantage.
  • Strong sales and/or business development track records and the ability to use consultative selling and management of major accounts for growth with high level of diplomacy to influence management and decision makers.
  • Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish positive relations.
  • Mature, self-disciplined and results driven.
