Qualifications

- Oversee Planning, Shipping, Warehousing, and Purchasing at the Malaysia site
- Deliver on safety targets and ensure the department are working with no accidents.
- Deliver on Food Safety and quality objectives in compliance with company standards (PQMS)
- Ensure On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance meets or exceeds (currently 90%) as per company quality standards
- Participate in leading the implementation of ERP
- Ensure Production planning is executed in an effective and production cost oriented way.
- Build and enhance supply chain processes with a regional focus, ensuring smooth cooperation with subsidiaries across the company
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the Malaysia supply chain team
- Continuous improvement in operations (S&OE), cross functional and cross geographics
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in supply chain operations, including planning, warehousing, shipping, and procurement.
- Strong knowledge and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft systems).
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
