Production Supervisor/ Manager (Printing Industry)

Labeltronic Sdn. Bhd. we are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to Manager Level to lead our production team in a fast-paced printing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor machine performance and ensure efficient utilization
• Troubleshoot and assist with basic mechanical repairs and adjustments
• Work closely with maintenance and technical teams to minimize downtime
• Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to ensure targets and deadlines are met
• Oversee the workflow and monitor production processes to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks
• Provide on-the-job training and support to production staff to enhance their skills and productivity
• Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and quality control procedures to meet regulatory standards
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production planning and scheduling
• Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity
