Requirements
Greet customers and provide excellent service
Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
Maintain store presentation, restock shelves, and manage inventory
Process sales transactions accurately (cash, card, POS)
Keep sales floor, stockroom, and displays clean and organized
Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate
Handle customer complaints professionally
Meet daily/weekly sales targets
Support promotional and marketing activities
Ability to stand for long periods
Willingness to work flexible hours (weekends, evenings, holidays)

Responsibilities
Customer Service
Greet customers and offer assistance in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations
Answer inquiries about products, promotions, and store policies
Handle customer complaints or refer them to the supervisor when necessary
Sales & Product Support
Promote and upsell products to increase sales
Meet daily or weekly sales targets set by management
Demonstrate product features and benefits
Stay informed about new products, pricing, and promotions
Store Operations
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
Handle cash, card, and digital payments securely
Maintain proper stock levels on shelves and in displays
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing inventory
Ensure product labeling and pricing are correct
Merchandising & Store Presentation
Arrange merchandise according to store standards
Keep shelves, displays, and the sales floor clean and organized
Set up promotional displays and signage
Support visual merchandising activities
Teamwork & Communication
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Communicate customer feedback or issues to supervisors
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
