Job description
Solutions Engineer (Consulting & Managed Services)
  • Perform system health checks and preventive maintenance across Cloud, Network, and Security systems.
  • Handle level 12 support tickets, investigate issues, and apply fixes.
  • Configure and implement Microsoft Azure, M365, Data and AI solutions.
  • Assist in project rollout activities (installation, migration, testing, handover).
  • Create and update customer reports (uptime, ticket status, performance).
  • Conduct meetings with customers to review preventive findings or issues.
  • Maintain technical documentation and SOPs for repeatable processes.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects on solution validation and deployment.
  • Mentor interns in performing monitoring and documentation tasks.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Diploma with 3 years working experiences in relevant field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies or relevant skills.
  • Microsoft Certification with experience in Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 as a bonus.
  • Willingness to work late hours to meet customer deadlines.
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement, good interpersonal skills with the ability to drive change in unstructured environments.
  • Must be able to work on a rotational shift arrangement when required.
