Ansell is looking for a passionate, customer-focused HRIS Analyst based in Krakow to join the Global HR Team. As a member of the Ansell Krakow team, the HRIS Analyst will play a key role in ensuring our HR systems are stable, well-governed, and deliver real value to the business through accurate data, reporting, and process optimization. If you have proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules and a strong background in HRIS support and business analysis, you might be the next colleague we are looking for! Please note that no relocation assistance will be provided for this position.

• Act as the point of contact for Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Talent Management, Performance & Compensation Management, Learning, and Talent Acquisition.
• Ensure daily HRIS operations run smoothly, resolving issues and coordinating with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead testing and improvements: own UAT, validate fixes and upgrades, and provide feedback for enhancements.
• Deliver reliable HR reporting and insights by maintaining data integrity and supporting dashboard automation.
• Document and improve processes, recommend enhancements, and promote best practices.
• Train and support HR users in system navigation, reporting, and process adherence.
• Support projects and change initiatives with basic project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Demonstrated experience in functional and business support of HRIS systems.
• Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Talent, Performance, Learning, Compensation, Time & Attendance).
• Proven record of supporting full-lifecycle implementations in a global environment.
• Know-how to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic project and change management skills.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PHR, Oracle HCM) are a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
