Job Description:

Safety Management

• Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of facilities and operations
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and recommendations
• Lead safety training programs for all employees and contractors
• Monitor compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements
• Maintain safety documentation and records
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Oversee environmental compliance programs and permits
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics
• Manage waste disposal and recycling programs
• Develop and implement spill prevention and response plans
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards
• Lead environmental awareness training programs

Emergency Response

• Develop and maintain emergency response plans
• Coordinate with emergency response teams
• Conduct emergency drills and exercises
• Maintain emergency response equipment and supplies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in safety and environmental management, preferably in oil and gas industry
