A leading food development company in Malaysia is looking for a Manager - Food Development & Merchandising. The candidate will lead the innovation of ready-to-eat food categories, ensuring product quality, compliance with safety regulations, and strategic market positioning. Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years in food development. Attractive remuneration from MYR 6,500 to MYR 8,000.
Qualificações
- Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D chef roles or food development within the F&B sector.
- Strong knowledge of food production processes and product formulation.
- Familiarity with Korean and local food trends is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Lead innovation for new ready-to-eat and convenience food.
- Develop pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
- Ensure products meet food safety regulations.
