Job Summary

You will bring deep technical expertise, strong project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to the highest quality standards.
• Perform structural analysis and design for bridge and building structures using established industry tools and methodologies.
• Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring full compliance with approved designs, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives and ensure smooth execution.
• Implement rigorous quality assurance processes, including regular site inspections to verify structural integrity and long‑term durability.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, specifications, and other documentation required for approvals, tenders, and project records.
• Stay current with advancements in the field and apply innovative techniques and technologies to enhance project outcomes.
• Be willing and able to travel to project sites for hands‑on involvement, including working closely with the headquarters team during installation phases.
• Execute post-tensioning works; prior experience with systems from VSL, Freyssinet, or BBR will be a distinct advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil/structural engineering, with a focus on bridge and/or building projects.
• Proficiency in industry‑standard software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, or similar tools is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and proven problem‑solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
