Job summary
A renowned biotech company in Klang City is seeking a qualified individual to supervise and manage Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) functions. The role involves ensuring compliance with relevant laws, implementing SHE programs, and leading training initiatives. Candidates should possess a degree in Safety or Environmental Health and at least 3 years of experience in a SHE role. Strong communication skills and leadership capabilities are essential. This position offers an opportunity to foster a culture of safety in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years in a SHE role, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Registered DOSH Certified Safety & Health Officer Green Book Holder.
- Certified First Aider and Fire Warden Certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage SHE functions ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
- Administer scheduled waste handling in accordance with DOE requirements.
- Lead incident investigations and conduct routine safety inspections.
