As a Service Crew / Venue Associate at Carousel & Co., you will be the face of our service team, ensuring each guest has a memorable dining experience. You’ll be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing guests with a warm, personalized service. If you’re a friendly professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality, we’d love to have you on our team.

• Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome guests, guide them to their tables, and present menus.

• Take Orders: Accurately take food and drink orders and convey special requests to the kitchen and bar staff.

• Serve Food and Beverages: Deliver orders in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.

• Check on Guests: Regularly check in with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and respond promptly to requests.

• Floor Support: Handle clearing tables, resetting table settings, and responding to guest requests when needed.

• Coordinate with Kitchen and Bar: Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.

• Assist with Stocking: Replenish service items, such as napkins, utensils, and condiments, as necessary.

• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep tables, chairs, and service areas clean and organized.

• Process Payments: Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods while following Carousel & Co.'s transaction policies.

• Provide Menu Information: Knowledgeably answer questions about the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.

• Assist guests with operating and navigating game machines to ensure a smooth experience.
