Responsibility

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, according to company recipes and standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and other cafe equipment, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handle cash and process payments using point-of-sale (POS) systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to cash handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including wiping down counters, washing dishes, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
• Restock and replenish food and beverage items, condiments, and supplies as needed to ensure adequate inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cafe operations, including assisting with food preparation, order fulfillment, and cleaning tasks.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper food handling, storage, and preparation techniques.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding dress code, attendance, and conduct.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members in both Mandarin and English.
