A technology company in Penang is seeking a candidate to assist the Project Manager in monitoring progress and reporting on various projects. Ideal candidates should possess at least an SPM or higher qualification in Engineering or related fields. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is crucial for effective communication with clients. The role offers a 3 to 6-month training program, ensuring a solid foundation in project coordination and management responsibilities. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Assist Project Manager for Project progress monitoring and reporting
- Coordinate with relevant departments and personnel to ensure project progress aligns with the planned schedule.
- Prepare project progress reports and provide timely updates to customers.
- Prepare Internal FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) checklist.
- Coordinate Internal FAT, FAT, and SAT activities.
- Manage coordination for delivery and installation.
- Provide support to relevant departments or personnel when required.
- Facilitate coordination meetings with project team members to ensure project progress and status awareness.
- Take on new tasks and provide support to the Project Manager as assigned.
- Communicate with customers to arrange required items and ensure smooth project execution.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Must be able to communicate bilingually. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Required skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project). Experience in Project Management will be an advantage.
- Experience in Project Management will be an added advantage.
