- Execute and oversee the procurement process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Data Entry: Maintain precise and complete financial records through accurate data entry.
- Vendor & Ad-Hoc Payment Processing: Process weekly and monthly payments efficiently.
- Review and process claims promptly and accurately.
- Prepare and verify executive claims for reimbursement.
- Accounts Receivable & Documentation:
- Issue official receipts for AR transactions.
- Maintain and update the cash book to ensure financial records are up-to-date.
- Statement of Account (SOA) & Follow-ups:
- Prepare financial reports and issue reminder letters for outstanding balances.
- Assist in preparing financial statements for year-end closing and reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (added advantage)
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting/finance role.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to responsibilities.
