Job summary

A dynamic finance company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Finance Senior Executive to oversee accounting functions and inventory management. The role requires minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, along with a degree in Accounting or Finance. Job description
Finance Senior Executive - AR/ Inventory Management/ GL

Perform complex general accounting functions, including preparation of journal entries, account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.

Overseeing and handle Accounting Receivable and Inventory Management (FG, RM and PM) includes stock take exercise.

Review collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances.

Support the preparation and submission of monthly reporting to headquarters.

Ensure compliance with local tax, accounting standard, and regulatory requirements and coordinate internal and external auditors.

Drive process improvement and system enhancement to increase accuracy and efficiency.

Job Requirement

Minimum 4 - 5 years of relevance experience in accounting/finance.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Computer Literacy : Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & Autocount system

Good command of English and Bahasa, both written and verbal.

Understanding of basic principles of Accounting and Bookkeeping.

Strong command of details and deadlines.

Self-motivated and can work independently during month-end closures.

Good team player with strong communication skills to collaborate across various departments and level.
