Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide strategic recommendations to leadership

Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions

Manage the company's tax compliance and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies

Implement and maintain effective financial controls and policies to mitigate risks

Lead, motivate and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture

Support the broader business with ad-hoc financial analysis and decision-support

What we're looking for

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, or CIMA)

Minimum 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the manufacturing or technology sectors. Experience in Manufacturing section IS A MUST.

Excellent financial reporting and analysis skills, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices

Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Familiar with financial systems and technologies, with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decisions

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop finance professionals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization
