Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in handling daily financial operations, including accounting transactions, reconciliations and financial record keeping.

  • Able to handle full set of accounts including account payable, account receivable, and general ledger in a timely manner.

  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.

  • Manage administrative tasks including filing, document organisation, and general office upkeep.

  • Provide support for special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

  • To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior / management.

Job Requirements
  • Be flexible in accepting the tasks and responsibility for the position.

  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Knowledge of AutoCount Accounting System is an added advantage.

  • Preferably can start working immediately. Working Location: 1 x KL & 1 x PJ
