This full-time Account Executive position at ingenium Advance Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Johor offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the Accounting and Bookkeeping team. As an Account, you will be responsible for providing high-quality accounting and bookkeeping services for company.

What you'll be doing
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for company
  • Preparing monthly financial statements and reports
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable, including e-invoicing and bill payments
  • Reconciling bank statements and other accounts
  • Providing support for tax preparation and filing
  • Assisting with the implementation of accounting systems and processes
  • Collaborating with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvement
What we're looking for
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably in a small practice or SME environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Proficient in using accounting software such as SQL
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Malaysian tax regulations and reporting requirements
