- Lead and mentor a team of product developers, designers, and innovation specialists
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Work closely with departments such as marketing, sales, and operations for alignment and integration of new products
- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Guide the design and development of new products and services
- Implement best practices in product development processes and methodologies
- Foster a culture of innovation within the organization
- Encourage and manage the generation of new ideas and concepts
- Develop and manage the product development budget
- Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-efficiency in product development activities
- Assess the return on investment for new product initiatives
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback on products
- Present product concepts and development progress to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations and standards
- Stay updated on industry regulations and adapt product strategies accordingly

What It Takes
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Real Estate, or related field
- Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and writing skills in English
- 12 to 15 years in real estate or property development industries
