Job summary

A leading property consultancy firm in Malaysia is seeking a Head of Business Development & Client Service. You will lead a team to enhance client services, identify new business opportunities, and implement marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a degree in Marketing, at least 3 years of managerial experience, and strong communication skills. This role requires a dynamic and motivated individual capable of working independently.

  • To lead a team of staff aimed at providing professional services to meet the growing needs and demands of our clients.
  • To ensure the department provides effective and efficient service, improving process flow and service levels.
  • To identify and develop new business opportunities for the company.
  • To formulate and implement new marketing plans for the company.
  • To maintain a good level of client servicing and CRM, including conducting meetings with clients.
  • To ensure a high quality of service delivery to clients and other related stakeholders, including providing advice and support.
  • To prepare and submit yearly panelship renewals with banks and Government-Linked Companies (GLC).
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess a Degree in Marketing or equivalent, with at least 3 years working experience at managerial level.
  • Possesses good marketing and communication skills and can interact with people at all levels.
  • Fully dedicated, dynamic, and result-oriented.
  • Highly motivated with good interpersonal, presentation, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Able to travel and work independently.
