- To lead a team of staff aimed at providing professional services to meet the growing needs and demands of our clients.
- To ensure the department provides effective and efficient service, improving process flow and service levels.
- To identify and develop new business opportunities for the company.
- To formulate and implement new marketing plans for the company.
- To maintain a good level of client servicing and CRM, including conducting meetings with clients.
- To ensure a high quality of service delivery to clients and other related stakeholders, including providing advice and support.
- To prepare and submit yearly panelship renewals with banks and Government-Linked Companies (GLC).
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Marketing or equivalent, with at least 3 years working experience at managerial level.
- Possesses good marketing and communication skills and can interact with people at all levels.
- Fully dedicated, dynamic, and result-oriented.
- Highly motivated with good interpersonal, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Able to travel and work independently.
