Company Background

We are representing our client a well-established property agency industry based in Kota Damansara (HQ). As the company prepares for expansion, they are looking for a Full Set Accountant (New Position) to manage the complete accounting functions for a group of 6 subsidiary companies.

Position Title

Full Set Accountant (Permanent Position)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM 6:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and monthly financial reporting for multiple subsidiaries.
  • Prepare and submit e-invoices in accordance with LHDN requirements.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Manage tax computation, SST submission, and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions (PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
  • Manage vendor payments, staff claims, and statutory remittances.
  • Coordinate with auditors and tax agents for smooth and timely year-end audits.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and internal policies.
  • Prepare management reports and financial analysis to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience handling full set of accounts, preferably for multiple entities or group companies.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, Autocount, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of e-invoicing, tax laws, SST, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in audit preparation and coordination is essential.
  • Independent, responsible, and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Able to work efficiently under deadlines and minimal supervision.
