Job Title: Claim Analyst – Property & Engineering Claims

Role Overview

As part of Zurich’s Property and Engineering Claims team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers when unexpected events impact their homes, businesses, or assets. You’ll be responsible for managing and resolving claims relating to property damage and engineering risks, ensuring each claim is handled fairly, efficiently, and with empathy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, investigate, and analyze property and engineering claims from first notification through to settlement.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and fair handling of property claims in accordance with Zurich’s policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate empathetically with customers and brokers, keeping them informed and guiding them through the claims process.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex or disputed claims, supporting resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders—including customers, brokers, loss adjusters, and legal advisors—to facilitate smooth claims processes.
  • Support and deliver initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance customer experience, and drive continuous improvement. Champion change initiatives such as automation and process improvement to ensure our claims processes are efficient, effective, and future‑ready.
