This position is responsible for ensuring machines are operated at an optimized/reliable condition, by developing and executing proper preventive and predictive maintenance. Engineering is also responsible for achieving Maintenance KPI in terms of % downtime and mean time between failures (MTBF). Responsible for emergency unplanned breakdown and for providing technical solutions. Responsible for analyzing the replacement of machine parts and spare part stock availability, ensuring critical spare parts or frequently changing spare parts are available anytime for any emergency unplanned downtime or planned maintenance. Engineer must ensure all repair/upgrading jobs are carried out under safe conditions, which will not create any unsafe act or unsafe condition for himself or others. Engineer will be assigned to supervise a team of technicians and ensure all tasks assigned are completed in a timely manner.

• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance, make detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities.
• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure tasks assigned are completed in a timely manner.
• Continuous improvement of work methods aiming to reduce unplanned downtime (UPDT), mean time between failures (MTBF) and mean time to repair (MTTR).
• Responsible for emergency unplanned breakdown, recognizing the commitment to site and plant 24‑hours, 7‑days a week, and being prepared to “call out” at any time.
• Perform root cause analysis on process interruption incidents and complete non‑conformance (NC) in Trackwise application.
• Provide technical solutions related to machine breakdown issues.
• Provide analysis of critical spare parts and spare part stock control using PM tools to CMMS.
• Manage a safe working environment that results in attaining the target of ZERO accident.
• Plan, direct and coordinate process improvement, maintenance of equipment and machinery according to engineering principles and safety regulations.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Management.

Required Experience:

• Engineering related skills, industrial automation, specializing in Siemens PLC & SCADA.
• Knowledge or experience in switching, RF and high‑frequency oscillator circuits preferred.
• Knowledge or experience in HSE procedures/rules, regulations and COSHH requirements.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
